    Looking to adopt a Westie

Post by LauraBaker on Sun Oct 17, 2010 2:08 am

Hi, i am currently living in staffordshire and am looking to adopt a westie. I have never owned a dog before however i have owned other pets. I currently live alone and would cherish the companionship of a dog, including the long walks :-)

I would prefer to adopt a puppy than an older dog. A little picky maybe, but honest. I have a dog allerfy and would be willing to spend time with the dog before i decided to adopt. I should point out that i am not allergic to all dogs!

    Thank you,

    Laura

wel3 vary rarely do Westie come on this site ... mostly yorkies... and if there was a westie you would be in a queue lol! ... Many Tears have lots of westies come in usually ex breeding ones but they do go out to foster .. so maybe try there .... but we are a group many owning westies so should you need any help just shout and someone will probably advise .. Good Luck with your search for a little one to Love2 Waving ( you would obviously need to drive or have someone drive you to where ever read all the adoption info )

Aw, I've had my Westie 7 years now (she was 4 when I rescued her) and she's so laid back and a perfect little dog. She's even more perfect than I thought now I've got Emmie, ha ha (a yorkie x) who is a bit more of a barking madam and more nutty! I'd def recommend westies though and hope yuo find one very very soon (:
