MILO - YORKSHIRE TERRIER - WEST YORKSHIRE

Post by yorkiegirl on Fri Aug 14, 2009 8:41 am

    NAME OF DOG- MILO
BREED OF DOG - YORKSHIRE TERRIER
    SEX OF DOG - MALE
AGE OF DOG - 5.8 YEARS OLD
    NEUTERED/SPAYED - YES
    VACCINATED - YES
MICROCHIPPED - YES TO BE CHANGED IN TO NEW ADOPTORS NAME
OTHER DOGS - POSSIBLY FEMALE BUT NOT A MALE
CATS -DEFINATE NO NO DUE TO AN INCIDENT
    CHILDREN - NOT UNDER 10
    APPROX WEIGHT - 6.4KG APPROX

Milo has came in to our care as he was not getting along with his older brother. He is said to be a standard YOrkshire Terrier, but at the weight he is I would assume him to be a small standard. They have the same parents & are only 6 mths different in age so it would seem that the breeder was breeding a litter every season. Crying or Very sad His old owner went back to get a female, but as all the females had gone was persuaded to take a male. Any good breeder would not have done this, especially being brothers. Mad Well now it has taken its toll, and they have now taken to not only fighting with each other, but also whilst on holiday in Scotland, both escaped & killed a lamb. The old owner was pretty certain that it was the one that she has kept who instigated it as he was the more dominant of the pair, but for this reason Milo WILL NOT be rehomed where there are any small furries (not even caged ones) and definately NO CATS.
I have spoken at length today with his foster carer & she has said nothing but very good & positive things about him. Walks perfect on lead, very clean in the house, settled down last night after 2 small barks (he is crate trained), had a bath, washed his eyes, looked at his teeth & layed in the garden with him upside down have belly rubs.

Anyone wishing to be considered for the adoption of Milo is required to complete an adoption form after reading all the adoption rules & procedures please.
The adoption form can be found by clicking on the red link at the top of the home page.
He will how ever NOT be rehomed until his 2 week minimum assessment has been done.
