My 4 had a whale of a day...especially LaLa...she's a little socialite making herelf busy meeting people....when we checked in the hotel there was an Irish wedding going on...the bride saw the dogs and melted o they had to be in a photo with her lol......then lala charmed the chef so when my breakfast arrived this morning there was a plate of mixed meats on it for the dogs.....so all in all was a great weekend and was good to put faces to names too....nice meeting you all...i did take my camera so hope others got some good pics....there are some on FB already xxxx

Her name is Gigi. She came into the rescue about 4 weeks ago & has been with my daughter. I have not put her up for adoption as we already have so many older ones needing homes first & I just know everyone will want her as she is just a baby.
She will be going to a family home with possibly another dog & definately children

Yep they are the ones.
Grand Daughter wants to keep her, but I said no.
They are only allowed 2 permanant dogs & one foster at any one time, but even if that was not the rules of the housing association I would still say no. Cannot keep them all.
I know I am a hard faced cow lol! but we already have 3 horses which takes up a lot of Janines time.

It seems harder to foster for girls I always think when they have to move onto their new homes.

I am not saying its easy for boys either, you just can't cuddle horses the same.

Lovely to see all the photographs, especially all the little dogs, but I do like those Weimaraners, such lovely, elegant dogs but like Lesley says they are a bit big and energetic for me too. Who do they belong to- a peep on here or were they visitors?

A neighbour had a Weimaraner next door, I don't remember them taking it out much, I have heard they can be difficult he seemed very quiet could have been an older dog when they moved here, hae been gone quite a while now and several families since, something I did perhaps? (not a council house for a long time) Laughing

That's Joey and my wife. Joey managed to get 2nd in Best Crossbreed, much to our daughter's delight. He's turned into a bit of a prima donna since then though Wink

Think we have some more photos so will try and sort them out next week.

Great day - everyone from our tribe really enjoyed it Smile

I had a really nice day too....

I snaffled some GiGi cuddles and fell in love a bit I have to admit...

and then Chilli Bean cosied down with me whilst her Mum was judging but she kept half an eye on her at all times so no chance of me sneaking off with her I'm afraid Smile

The sunshine mostly favoured the day and there was a really good turn out from lots of peeps.

Hoping lots of pennies were raised for the rescue x x x
